### Outsourced Finance Function
A complete, scalable finance function built around the client's business. Covers end-to-end financial support from day-to-day operations through to strategic oversight. Includes: financial reporting and management accounts, cash flow management and forecasting, finance process design and optimisation, systems implementation and automation, and integrated fractional FD support. Typical clients have £1m–£15m revenue, are founder-led, have a scaling team, and no in-house finance leadership. Onboarding typically takes 3–6 weeks.

### Fractional Finance Director
Senior financial leadership on demand. Can operate as a standalone engagement or as part of a wider finance function — providing board-level support without the cost of a full-time hire. Includes: strategic planning and decision support, budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling, raising finance and investor readiness, board reporting and stakeholder communication, and ongoing commercial and financial guidance. Typical clients have £3m–£30m revenue, an existing finance manager or controller, and are planning a fundraise, exit or major change. Engagement typically starts within 2–3 weeks.

Core financial and compliance services including year-end accounts, corporation tax, ongoing compliance, tax planning, VAT returns, and VAT advisory.

- **Strategic (Fractional FD):** Senior leadership on demand for founders who already have a finance team but need experienced, commercial direction. Covers strategic planning, investor readiness, and scenario modelling.
