Our founders had each spent over a decade working with SMEs - in practice, in industry, and as the in-house finance director some companies couldn't quite justify hiring full-time. They saw the same pattern again and again. The numbers were produced; the strategic conversation that should have followed rarely was. Compliance and strategy lived in two separate worlds.

We started Wolf & Wright to merge them. We set out to build the firm we wished our former clients had been able to work with — one that combines robust financial reporting with senior, board-level insight, delivered as a single integrated service that scales with you.

Today we work with ambitious founders and leadership teams across the UK, supporting them through the messy, exciting middle of growing a business. The brief hasn't changed since day one: produce numbers you can trust, and turn them into decisions that move the business forward.
